I bought these tires to give my modified 2006 BMW M5 maximum performance for track days with the ability to drive comfortably on the street. I have had tires with SLIGHTLY more grip, but none that have a better feel and control. This translates to faster lap times. On the road they are extremely quiet and comfortable. Overall - the best tire I have ever bought. However, if you start to get them to slide/drift a little - the tread life will not even last 1 track day! Very expensive :0 If you do not allow them to slide, they last longer than the 80 treadwear indicates. If you want the fastest tire without compromise - this is your tire. Expect to buy new ones in about 2000 miles if you really push them.
